  1. The Six Flags Magic Mountain media invite for the announcement said it’ll be a worlds first!! What do you guys think it’ll be? It’s probably a gimmick but I sure hope not!
  2. Awesome, why are you so sure it's not S&S? I'm pretty sure 10146 is the project number for the Carowinds coaster, that's why it's on both things. I have been told SFGAM is getting the S&S and not SFMM so take that as you will. Cool, does your S&S friend have any details on the SFGAm coaster then? launch

  4. The S&S rumor is fake I can almost guarantee it. Also the two numbers might still be for two different projects since one was on a box for spare parts for a column and the other was on a piece of track. We will have to wait till August 30th to be sure.
  5. You guys can take this as you will but from what I have been told by friends who know people at S&S that they denied that SFMM is getting a coaster from S&S. The dude did say SFGAM is getting a S&S coaster focused on speed and not inversions. Take this as you will.
  6. New additions are planned years in advance so I doubt next year is affected. I think the reason why they started construction was late because track and trains didn't show up until mid may and even then they had most of the footers in.
  7. Don't blame the park, this ride was a prototype for a smaller company and it has been having many issues that skyline has been working in. I bet the park and Skyline are both annoyed by all the issues.
  8. from what I've been told from a ride op on the ride is that if one of the operators takes their finger off the dispatch button too early the ride will end up getting stuck before the lift. This has happened a few times so far.
  9. Will this be the last new for 2018 attraction to open in the chain this year? Well yes and it just got delayed again as Media Day was postponed to an unknown date
  10. Do you know when Apocalypse will close? I’m thinking the end of the week.
  11. Terminator was a pretty good investment too and I'd imagine TC was not cheap either. I know the whole Full Throttle project was close to 20 million too I believe.
  12. My guess is it may simply have a race "theme" rather than literally be a racing/dueling coaster like TC. I actually like the name "Adrenaline Alley" for the area. Not as enthusiastic about West Coaster Racer, but if it turns out to be a huge kicka$$ coaster of some sort, I won't care what they name it really. This whole area should have a Fast and Furious style theme.
  13. I really hope they hire GCI to do the same treatment they did on Ghostrider to Apocalypse. Retrack the whole thing a theme it to a junkyard/Car shop were the trains are now themed to cars and the story is you are taking the cars out for a test ride and it gets wild. Also Six Flags has now trademarked West Coaster Racer and Maxx Force.
  14. Cyclone Bay seems to be now officially closed for their new 2019 project. I have a feeling this area of the park is gonna become Adrenaline Alley as Six Flags trademarked the name a few months ago. Photo is from Oh Whoops on Instagram
  15. A recent video came out in France featuring Mack Rides and during the tour of the plant it is revealed that they are working on a project for the US in California for 2019 and the only logical place for it in 2019 is SFMM. I'm hoping it is a hyper like DC Rivals but the popular rumor is a more insane version of Time Traveler.
  16. I have a feeling that they’ll end up demolishing a good amount of the buildings in Cyclone Bay since they’re never used and are pretty old and use all that extra space made to fit in a rollercoaster of some sort. There’s also a rumor that next month Apocalypse will close down for the rest of the season for a full on retrack and then Roaring Rapids will close down forever to make way for the coaster. I don’t know how true this all is but I thought I’d throw it out there.

  18. Six Flags is trying their hardest to bring in as many guest as possible for as cheap as possible which seems to be working with the recent attendance records and how much money they say they make. There’s only a handful of parks SF will invest way more than the rest and that’s SFMM, SFGAM and SFFT as of right now. SFGAM and SFMM are gearing up to get big rides in 2019 from the looks of it right now
  19. The track for RMC White Cyclone has arrived. Same color as Twisted Cyclone!!
  20. How true is the statement that the area will close on Monday since the rumor had dies down a bit?
