  1. Hey guys, check out this construction tour of Twisted Cyclone from Coaster Addict. More information revealed! The track length has been confirmed as 2,600 feet instead of 2,300 feet and the supports will actually be painted what looks to be a light gray!!! The red car is also revealed! **I do not own rights to this video**
  2. I think I may actually see the strip you're referring to on the third to last picture. Look at it close up.
  3. I couldn't agree more! The first thing I thought about was Blue Hawk! I'm sure it will look great though. Just glad to finally be getting something new. In the actual IAAPA interview, designer Alan Schilke also said that he added a couple of small little changes in the layout that real coaster enthusiasts will notice that's different from the animation we have. He said the same thing about Wicked Cyclone when it opened and he ended up making a couple of the airtime hills outerbanked hills in comparison to the animation. I'll take it! Twisted Cyclone and Wicked Cyclone will definitely look like siblings with the gray supports lol.
  4. Hey guys! There is some interesting details on this article from Iaapa about TC. So apprarently the supports will not be brown like in the animation but instead will be gray supports and blue track. http://www.iaapa.org/rmc-showcases-twisted-cyclone-headed-to-six-flags-over-georgia
  5. I thought it was just me! Lol. Better than nothing I suppose! Still looks great!
  6. It would definitely be senseless, IMO if they tear down a woodie for a free spin especially when they can build a free spin in Vu's old spot! Ijs.....
  7. I agree. I'm thinking that them showing the signs on cyclone and pointing to HH hard or that it means we will see cyclone revamped and possibly an addition to HH. It wouldn't make sense to put a "Something Big" is coming banner on two parts of the cyclones building if they have no plans for it, IMO.
  8. I think all signs truly point to an RMC conversion. The announcement yesterday from SFFT proved that Six Flags and RMC still has a current ongoing relationship in spite of those that thought RMC was only working with Cedar Fair. Also, a recent news article I came across confirmed in an interview with SFoG personnel that the new ride will preserve the same amount of trees that Cyclone has for over 26 years......
  9. If u go to about the 6 1/2 minute mark of this video it pretty much confirms the new ride will open next year for those thinking that it may not....
  10. Just to stir up a little speculation, I know that it was mentioned that RMC markers are usually orange. With the green markers on cyclone is it possible to assume that since flags may be bringing in a company like GCI to work on cyclone? Maybe just a full standard retrack?
  11. I don't know guys. I still think it may be an RMC treatment for cyclone. If they were tearing it down would there truly be a reason to mark each support and spray paint on the ground as they have? Also could they not fit a 4D free spin in DeJa Vu's old spot? I think that would be be a great spot actually.
