I think the Mack Power Splash makes a good replacement. It's an updated version of essentially the same ride. It's goal is to get you wet, and the GP will probably like it better than Splash water falls, due to the launches, and the near vertical track at each end. These smaller coasters, like the gerstlauer euro fighters are going for as steep of a drop and lifthill as possible, and these rides seem to be well received. The power splash combines a lot of the latest and greatest elements of coasters and puts them into a water ride. I like it, and hopefully we will see more of them come to the states to replace the countless aging log flumes, and splash water falls clones that are out there.

In my boredom today, I was browsing the SFDL website on the wayback machine, for the year 2005. Wayback machine I came across mention of a Poland Spring Plunge. Based on the description it sounds like thunder rapids. Was TR ever called Poland Spring Plunge? I don't think I can ever remember it being called that. When I google Poland Spring Plunge, all that comes up is a ride at SFNE.

This is where my question comes in: Why didn’t they start building it yet? If they did, it could be ready to roll by opening weekend. The weather is nice enough to do so now, so just why not? Yes, they have started construction. No tower parts yet, but they’ve started putting the base of the ride in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

From what I've heard no plans for characters or bigger area or ride theming. Might see some merchandise. Otherwise the numbers aren't high enough to justify the licensing costs. So BBB/Rocky's Ridge will likely stick around in name. Also since people apparently love signage news the Hotel's sign is down at present for replacement. Where did you hear about the lack of IPs? Do you work there or something? How do you know this is not just some sort of rumor? Hes had info in the past, so more then likely hes right Agreed, he has had very credible info in all his posts. Kinda hoping he is wrong since I wanted to see a Batman themed ride eventually come to the park. However, if he has a history of being right, then oh well. Well, a batman themed ride did come to the park, but it has since been scrapped. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mind Eraser was built in 1997. Premier bought Six Flags in 1998. It’s still the same company Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk From Wikipedia: "In 1998, Premier purchased Six Flags Theme Parks, and began to rebrand its own parks as Six Flags." Yes, it was still the same company, however, there was no affiliation between Six Flags and premier before Six Flags was acquired by premier. Six flags did not build the mind eraser.
