  1. I actually like when haunts use gross, yet familiar smells. HHN has used poo and vomit smells in past houses and it seemed effective at disturbing people. It can add a sense a realism to a house if it is done right and not over used. In House Of Horrors at Universal, the scene with "Mrs Bates" had a distinct urine smell too.
  2. “What do you mean you don't see it? Of course you see it. We all see it. We love to see it. I just saw it and I'm ready to see it again. Don't tell you don't see it.” ...with apologies to Mel Brooks. Oh, and I did it too !
  3. Oh, and I've been a member for 5 years and only made 10 posts?? WTF??? [bullwinkle] Oops - Gotta get me another hat [/bullwinkle]
  4. I would LOVE to catch up with all of you if we get you guys to come downunder to see me !! Oh, and learning Japanese is quite eye-opening: Tokyo Tower = Tou-kyou-taa-waa. Limousine = Rim-oh-zheen. Taxi = Tak-u-shii Sushi = Sushi Cola = Koh-rah Toilet - Toy-reh and Disneysea = Dis-u-knee-she. Oh, and "Most delicious burger on the face of the planet" = Mos Baagaa - have you guys tried them yet? ...I don't know the Japanese for "Plain Pasta" but I bet someone does Having said that - I'd LOVE for Japan to be in 2012 so I could afford to go. See you all Downunder !!! -Rob.
  5. Well, it sounds like a treat if you're in North America / Europe, but I'd have to say no for myself, as I don't think Australian members would get the value from it - I can't see the Aussie parks offering much to members - although the prospect of TPR Goodies do sound enticing. -Rob.
  6. Would they ever consider touring versions of HHN in other countries ?? I'd love to see HHN in Sydney. We only have Fox studios, but there's always the huge Show-grounds with plenty of venues for Mazes and haunt zones. *sigh*
  7. Australia doesn't have much in the way of great food at theme parks, so I couldn't really choose one. However.... For the Grandest food I ever ate, that would have to be Victoria & Albert's Restaurant at WDW. I'm strangely addicted to Monte Cristo Sandwiches at Blue Bayou in DL too Also - My favourite Multiple Repeat treat is the Gyoza Sausage Buns and the Sea Salt Ice-cream at Tokyo Disneyland - these are a MUST HAVE ! Cheers, Rob.
  8. They're all really good - congrats all. My faves: 1) Athiest Encounter 2) Moses Vision 3D 3 Cirque de sa'viour "Apocolyptica" Cheers, Rob.
  9. Thanks Robb, I'm definitely going to all four of those then. (I leave in 3 days for Tokyo) Would you say that a trip to Fujikyu and Nara Dreamland are in order ? I'm fascinated by the Nara park  !!! Cheers, Rob.
