According to www.screamscape.com, Boomtown Arcade was torn down.I hear we will have another sportsbar similar to the one in Mexico. Also no more Cold Stone Creamery by Superman Tower Of Power, it will be called Texas Tacos.Also new is Coaster Candy where you can get taffy, rock candy,lollipops, candy bars,gummies, bulk assortments and much more! Also new is Self-Order Kiosks at restaruants. Oh excuse me, not Texas Tacos but Cheesesteak and Tots will be next to Superman.Also, Gotham Chicken Location.Hurricane Harbor's Strutter Express! Where you can order chicken wings and tenders and Buffalo ranch chicken sandwhiches.(not on Screamscape but on another site) My guess is Strutter Express will replace The Pizza Place. So let's put a smile on that face!- The Joker

When I go on Saturday, I usually hit Casa de Los Banderas(sports bar), for lunch. Johnny Rockets for supper and milkshake for snack. In morning, hit the big coasters first then minor rides later. If you have The SFOT app and season pass, you get access to wait times, it comes in handy when planning your visit. If you have small children, Bugs Bunny Boomtown is a great place to rest while the kids play. Keep watching for the bring a friend free or for cheaper admission, that is when the park is at it's busiest. Also of note: Hurricane Harbor is having their sneak preview, Sunday, April 30. The event is only open to pass holders, though. Weather wise, it's supposed to be chilly that day. I see more people going to SFOT on Sunday.

In honor of these new rides, here's some Bat Facts. On the 60's Batman show, Catwoman was played by Julie Newmar who was a dancer, and Eartha Kitt who was a singer and had a Christmas hit with "Santa Baby". The Riddler was played by impressionist, Frank Gorshin and one season was replaced by John Astin, aka Gomez Addams of "The Addams Family". In Batman The Movie, Catwoman was played by Lee Meriweather. She was the only one who didn't portray her character from the tv series. Will these rides be fun? Tune in Wednesday, Same Bat time, same Bat channel!
