Pretty sure none of the Cedar Fair parks charge for their haunts.

Depends on the day, but around $50-60. I have never bought them. The lines are long, but the park is open until 1am on Saturdays. Usually by around 10:30, the lines are manageable and continue to get shorter as the night goes on. Right after parade and Overlord's Awakening the lines to the haunts are all super long. Also, as a season pass holder, I usually go to Haunt a couple weekends, so I never feel I need to get in all the mazes in a night. If you are just spending one day at WOF and want to see all the mazes, you might want to consider a Fright Lane pass, as it will be impossible to get through them all without one in one evening.

And yet, somehow all the Haunts are included with admission at WOF, but you have to pay for them at Fright Fest?

I totally agree. The landscaping has really stepped it up the last couple of years at WOF. And they have seemed to bring back more of the theming. I would hate to see WOF lose all of its charm. I live in Mid-Missouri and am able to visit both parks and definitely love the feel of WOF over Six Flags, although SDC has them both beat. I really don't think it would be good for WOF.

I would rather keep the charm of the park then get a superhero themed ride.

Eli (WOF steam engine) expected to make its return to the park in 2021. In the meantime, looks like WOF will be getting a steam engine that ran at Kings Dominion to be in place by opening day next season.

Looks like Dinosaurs Alive will be closing after October 27th. That opens up a big chunk of land!

Haunt map is now online. No more Carnevil. New scare zone on Forum Road (Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater). Also Khaos Unleashed is no longer in Oceans. Will be in Festhaus pavilion.

Renovated rapids ride in 2020? It is a whole new rapids ride and area costing $27 million. Just two years after adding Time Traveler that cost $26 million. But yeah, they haven't been doing much.

Riders in each lane will race more than 476 feet to be the first to reach the finish line as they make an exhilarating journey down a winding hillside, around a tight 360-degree loop and through a rapid final descent before splashdown. This family-friendly ride has been designed to follow the natural terrain of the park’s landscape, and is the first thrill attraction added to the water park since 2013 when Oceans of Fun and Worlds of Fun were conjoined. It will replace Diamond Head, one of the park’s original water slides that opened in 1982; construction will begin this fall after Oceans of Fun closes for the 2019 season.

Good. The last thing we would want is any kind of legal deterrent or consequence for a mob action involving 300 potential suspects. The park banned nine minors from the park after last Saturday.

Several food changes this year Vittle Griddle is now Gold Rush Pizza, with standard pizza and a special pizza with Mac-N-Cheese and Fries on it. Battle Creek BBQ is now Prospector's Burritos and Cantina, which features build your own bowls, burritos and nachos. Paisano's is now Let Them Eat Cake, funnel cakes, smooties, bubble tea, pastries Chicken Shack is now Scandi Snacks with turkey legs, chicken, hot dogs, beer, wine G'Rilla Grill now serves burgers, chicken strips And Cotton Blossom BBQ - new location with seating for over 300 serving BBQ.

Battle Creek BBQ is now Prospectors' Cantina, serving burritos, bowls and nachos. Cotton Blossom BBQ is the new flagship dining facility serving BBQ.

The Beast and Prowler are two that I are so much better at night!

I guess I am with you. I have never found Prowler that rough. Maybe it is the seat I sit in. But I have been on it about 6 times this year, and its been great all 6 times. I still find the last part of Timber Wolf way rougher than any part of Prowler.

Looks like Urgent Scare will be no more and will become a different Haunt in video WOF posted to social media today.

The park will be having a gold passholder preview for Timber Wolf from 8pm-10pm on Friday, May 18th.

Worlds of Fun announced on their blog today the return of the floral clock to Europa, the Liberty Bell to Americana, a new and larger fountain on Front Street, plus new Haunt and Winterfest additions. The park also showed on their snapchat new themed decorations in Orient and that they have started installing the track on the new overbanked turn on Timber Wolf.

WOF is definitely due for a coaster and they have the space!
