Why, exactly? HW is still in a different league than KK. An RMC will be an awesome addition to KK, but HW has nothing to worry about. People aren't going to ditch their plans to go to HW to go to KK, if anything they'll just make plans to stop by KK as well. I agree, Thunderbird is what now keeps Holiday World from worrying. Plus Holiday World still has a much better atmosphere than KK (Not that theirs is bad) and much better themeing, and in that case they will always be a league ahead.

I don't think there were fountains behind the front entrance. Is that tower mark still there? There's a fountain. Not sure if the mark is there, it's hidden behind the fountain. I know there's a fountain in FRONT of entrance, but they never replaced the ride with one, if you look at pictures you can see the fountain is in front of the entrance not behind where the ride was. But I did just realize one of their other uses for the fountain... Does anyone know if you can still get to that area behind the entrance like in the video? If it's off limits than it doesn't matter, but it would be cool to check it out if it's not.

In all seriousness though, I believe KI's next big coaster will be a giga, even if it can't go over the entrance like Fury 325 or Leviathan they still have A TON of room behind Firehawk and in the old SOB Helix/Loop part. They can either put a station in the X-Zone and renovate that area along with some restrooms and other stuff or they can use the old SOB station and possibly Re-theme Action Zone. I think a giga would give KI nearly everything the GP and Enthusiasts would want. On an off-topic, we were planning our only visit to KI this year on Tuesday and Wednesday but it rains all week Then we considered Holiday World but that has rain all week also. How often does KI close rides when it rains?

The same trains that were fitted to Steel Dragon 2000 would not work on Magnum. Magnum was manufactured by Arrow, and SD2K by Morgan. Magnum's track is such that the trains' wheels are on the inside of the rails, whereas on SD2K they are on the outside, like every B&M. Oh.... Are there any other manufacturers who could make more comfortable trains? Ones who use the same design for the wheels as Arrow did? I just considered it as Cedar Point seems to be making coasters smoother and more popular now. Which is a good thing.

Hi, I will be going to Cedar Point this June and I'm really excited for it! It will be my first visit, however I read in a conversation somewhere on youtube that talked about Cedar Point and someone talked about Mantis being better than Rougarou because Rougarou was still rough but more boring because you now sit, and how it was a bad idea because it ruins CP's coaster diversity. So my question is do you agree with this? Because if you do, it would suck if CP's first big coaster rehab was a flop. Also I was wondering because I wanted to know if I would be missing anything when I go to Cedar Point this Summer. -Thanks
