I wonder if the Soak City logo wasn't a mistake... or a diversion... I know some KD employees have "gone rogue" in the past and revealed stuff early and/or have used such diversions to pull focus away from another new ride. I will post an image of the email response from the PR department as soon as I receive it.

Yeah, but I see a couple of problems there: A. Neither Rougarou nor Centurion would have anything to do with any of the themes (and Centurion might not ever be built) B. Even though the Shockwave is a piece of Togo crap, it's still a roller coaster, and going from 14 to 13 can damage the park's image as a local thrill capital, especially as Busch Gardens down the road moves up to 7 with Diavolo. Personally, I say eradicate the Grizzly, replace it with a WMG, add slides and general improvements in 2016, then in '17 add a big coaster at the Hypersonic location.

Rougarou is coming to, no doubt to replace the Grizzly. It quite possibly could be akin to the new dark ride at Canada's Wonderland. A Wonder mountain's guardian style ride would also give the park a coaster-style dark ride. It's a no-brainer! KD should, and will, get a WMG dark ride. It would also fill the gap left in the lineup by Grizzly. The only problem is that KD may be nostalgic with Grizzly, as they will be going through their 2nd 40th anniversary. I find it hard to believe there will be any love lost whatsoever removing the Grizzly. A WMG is a coaster replacement that will leave room for 2016/17's coaster next door in the XLC station.

Yeah, the i305 night ride was intense! I was surprised about the Grizzly though, a walk-on on the busiest day of the year? PTC magic seat was so-so on Grizzly, still gives me a headache! The incredible thing about all this was, again, the lopsided wait times. You had probably a four hour wait on Volcano versus a forty five minute wait on i305, and zero wait on the Grizzly! Not that I'm complaining, however it would partially justify tearing it (the Grizzly) out in favor of a dark or flat ride in 2015. Doing so would also clear up room for a coaster in the old XLC station.

I find some compelling evidence KD is getting a new roller coaster next year: 1. Hypersonic station is still standing, and can easily be converted. 2. "Centurion" trademark still out there, and obviously "Fury 325: " is for Carowinds 3. KD has never gotten a new B&M coaster 4. KD tends to follow KI and vice-versa, which would point to a B&M Invert. 5. "Centurion" could have a double meaning relating to the park's 40th Anniversary. 6. They spent relatively nothing this year on the 40th celebration except for the fountains and changing Volcano's station (total cost: about $1 million). KD is known for spending nothing one year, then splurging the next on a big coaster. 7. Hurler and/or Grizzly are on the chopping block - this is not a secret by any means. Removing one or both would easily clear up room for a GCI woodie, B&M invert, or possibly a Wing Rider (though not likely). 8. One day recently, while riding the Grizzly, I spotted some red track in storage, and it did not appear to be track for the Intimidator. It was B&M track. This is the biggest news yet! So in conclusion... Be on the lookout and please let me know about any conferences or details about developments on the new roller coaster next year. I live 5 miles from the park and cannot wait for a new coaster. ☺ *EDIT*: I found a Google Earth picture to share of the track and supports: Again: THIS IS NOT INTIMIDATOR TRACK. THIS IS B&M TRACK.
