I'm surprised the city of Kissimmee is requiring them to wear masks and the city of Orlando isn't. I thought it would be the other way around.

Poland
In no way could this ever be considered normal.
I was not fond of that looping coaster at all.
I was pleasantly surprised by it. I was expecting a new experience in pain, but it turned out to be a decent coaster.
Same here. And I'm glad I tried it backwards too.

It was fun reliving the trip through your report although I don't recall raving about the drop on a family coaster at Kolmården.

I love the all the weird buildings in Amsterdam and the mix of historic and modern infused throughout the city. I did that swing at the ADAM Lookout the evening before the official trip meetup and it was fun to try out and only a 5 Euro upcharge. I caught the sunset up there which was really nice. I also had a really funny canal boat guide on one of those "hop on hop off" canal boats that was included with my Stromma City Pass that made fun of all the touristy things in the city and kind of gave a Drunk History story of the city's history and pointed out at that cool looking science museum building and said it's a great place to visit if you like being around a bunch of children running around. I missed out on the Foodhallen but I'll have to check it out next time I'm in Amsterdam, it looks like my type of food place.
Great TR so far and looking forward to see it continue.

Blizzard Beach was closed on my last two trips to WDW but it should be open for my next trip to WDW when it reopens (hopefully by June). I've been to Volcano Bay which is my current favorite US water park (and second favorite overall after Xel Ha) so it will interesting to compare it to especially since I've been really wanting to try Blizzard Beach for a long time.

^They did make the trip up there to look at the park so I wonder if they were interested but the asking price was too high or if they were just interested in some rides but decided to give someone a chance to buy the park outright before they come in and scalp off the rides they want. Hopefully that go kart owner in TN is still interested or can afford the asking price or maybe another buyer for the park emerges.

Really nice report on Glenwood Caverns and Glenwood Canyon. I went to Colorado for a week in Dec 2017/Jan 2018 on a snowboarding trip to Telluride and Aspen and drove through Glenwood Canyon both on my way from and to DEN. I was going to stop at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park on way back to DEN after checking out of Aspen my last day as they have a limited rides operation in the winter including the alpine coaster, drop ride, and cave tours but I ran out of time as I would have only had an hour to spare (and felt that wasn't enough). I did explore the town of Glenwood Canyon and went inside the historic Hotel Colorado on my first day en route to Montrose (on my way to Telluride) and had lunch there on my way back to DEN. The whole I-70 drive from Denver to Glenwood Springs was one of the most beautiful routes I've ever taken. I'll definitely have to go back to Colorado in the summer or early fall and check out Glenwood Caverns and spend at least a night in Glenwood Springs, along with other sites I missed like Hanging Lake and Rocky Mountain NP.
BTW Telluride is worth visiting on a future trip Andy, no matter the season. I know you would love it.
Glenwood Canyon Rest Area just east of Glenwood Springs. This is the most beautiful rest area off a freeway or highway I've ever seen.
Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs
The closest I got to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park on my winter trip. Climate change really hit Colorado hard!
What a feat of engineering I-70 through Glenwood Canyon is!

I'm really excited for Super Nintendo World coming to Universal, I just hope there's a Donkey Kong Country attraction of some sort.

It was fun hanging out with you for both Halloween Horror Nights and Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and a great coincidence we were both in Orlando at the same time. Looking forward to seeing your report from Mickey's Halloween Party.

Was that just a bread bun dyed black, or was it of some other "food" substance? It reminds me of that Halloween publicity stunt Burger King did a few years back with the Whopper.
I immediately thought of the Halloween Whopper when I saw that.
The bun was dyed black and dry, but even the patty tasted off.I usually go for the local food in other countries over a burger unless the place is known for their burgers. Then again I rarely ever get a burger in any amusement or theme park because what park actually makes a good burger?

Looks like you had a nice trip. It seems like you just missed the Halloween events like Knott's Scary Farm and Oogie Boogie Bash. Next time you do a California trip I recommend coming when Halloween events are in full swing so you can experience Knott's Scary Farm (and Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights too). If Halloween events aren't your thing I recommend visiting when all the holiday decorations are up at Disneyland and when Knott's Merry Farm is going on as long as its not Thanksgiving weekend or too close to Christmas (more crowds). Knott's Boysenberry Festival in the springtime is also a good time to visit for a future trip. And if you haven't been to Universal Studios Hollywood or haven't done it in many years I also recommend visiting it on a future trip (and its easily accessible from the LA Metro).

I took 2,700 photos on day one!!!I came back from our last Asia trip with 17,000 photos... So at least 35% of those were trash can photos!
I suddenly feel better about my own photography habits.
Same here.
I love all the pictures btw. I need to get back to Japan.

^ I would love to see them replaced with Spire machines. It would be the most Six Flags thing they could do.
That would be funny. If they end up switching to Pepsi whenever their Coke contract runs out might as well at least have machines with a bunch of flavor options to replace the Coke Freestyle machines. I never thought Six Flags would switch to Pepsi since they've had a decades long relationship with Coke but now I see it as possible. It would probably be at least a few years though *if it happens*.

I was the one that went off on my own. I was originally going to try to go the salt mine by train since the train map and Google maps made it seem easy but once my train stopped at Krakow Glowny and I couldn't figure out which train to switch to get there (Google maps was wrong) I decided to just explore around the Old Town area and Wawel castle and I think I made the right decision.
It looks like you made good use of your time in the city! Definitely not the first city that springs to mind to want to explore in Europe, but when in Krakow... Glad you had a good time!Same here, but I really ended up liking the center of Krakow and it definitely felt like a European city. We made lemonade out of lemons.

I had no plans to ever visit Saudi Arabia but if this gets built and opens that will change. The renderings look amazing and even if only ¼ of what's in it gets built it will be amazing. I love the setting with the cliffs around it - I hope that's the location they end up using. I also noticed a race track in one of the renderings that a pedestrian bridge crosses over and the Falcon's Fury coaster goes by. Is that going to be an actual race track like Formula 1, or is it a go cart or Autopia or racing type of ride? If they got an actual Formula 1 race track there with races that would really add to the entertainment city.

Great shots! I particularly love the US flag in the last shot even though this is in Poland.
They put up that flag while we were there. I think they also put up a Poland flag right behind shortly after this picture was taken.

Lots of good TRs already so shortly after the trip! Looking forward to reliving more of the trip through your eyes as well.

That's cool you stayed inside the A'DAM Tower. I didn't realise they had a hotel inside it until I went up it. I wasn't sure how easy it was going to be crossing the IJ River but now knowing about that super easy free ferry I wouldn't hesitate staying there next time I'm in Amsterdam. I saw some of the same things pre trip as you guys like the Rijksmuseum and the A'DAM Lookout. It was also my first time in Amsterdam and a little more than two days was not enough to see a lot of what the city has to offer. Lots of great attractions and sites (and I didn't even know about that Soarin' Over Holland next to A'DAM - next time!) and its fun just walking around trying not to get hit by a bike. Next time I need to rent a bike and try not to run over pedestrians or land my bike in one of the canals. Looking forward to seeing more of the trip from your eyes and captions.
So much crazy stuff there, it's almost like Japan ("almost").I feel the same way. I'm definitely coming back to Amsterdam.
I must be the only person who didn't go to The Butcher, though I visited Foodhallen where they had a location, but chose not to eat there after seeing a dude in a The Butcher shirt leave the restroom without washing his hands.I didn't go to The Butcher either. I probably would have if they had a location near the Johan Cruyff ArenA but I wouldn't have wanted to if I had saw what you saw.

CGA's water park desperately needed to either be overhauled or removed so I glad they're doing something. At least it will be a somewhat worthy included water park now and it looks like they are localizing the theme and going with the Shores branding like what Cedar Point did with its Soak City water park. I still think the hyper will be coming within a few years so just be patient. CGA has really been on the upswing the last several years with the additions of Goldstriker and Railblazer and will continue to be so with the expansion of their water park and future additions and with Cedar Fair buying the land underneath them you know they are here to stay.

Great start, Larry. Now that I've seen a lot of the Netherlands I hope to spend some time in Belgium in the future, so I'm enjoying the view of Ghent and looking forward to seeing Bruges.
Same here. I've dipped my toes in Belgium with Bobbejaanland so I would like to see more of what the country has to offer and especially Bruges. Looking forward to seeing more of your TR Larry.

Maybe I'll return to Poland in like 10 years to ride this and whatever other crazy coasters they've added but I'm in no rush to get back to Energylandia. It's the most haphazardly designed theme/amusement park I've ever been to with random rides and themes plopped right next to each other and 90% of the park looks cheap. Hyperion is pretty good but not the OMFG amazing ride it makes itself out to be and 7 out of the current 14 (soon to be 15) coasters Energylandia has are kiddie coasters so keep that in mind before planning a visit here. The SLC was my third favorite coaster there so that gives you an idea how good the lineup is. Zadra does look amazing and I'm sad I missed it by less than a month because I have something to tempt me to return to Energylandia.

It was a really fun trip and Bobbejaanland was a pretty good first park of the trip despite some operations like VR clogging couple of the lines. I didn't do much research on the park beforehand but it exceeded my expectations and there was a lot more to do there than I expected. There's some rides I missed out on due to the park's 6PM close that I would've liked to try like the indoor rapids, log flume, and the King Kong flat ride but Bobbejaanland is a place I wouldn't mind going back to if I was in Belgium. Fury was amazing (especially riding it backwards) and was one of my favorite coasters of the whole trip. The only letdown for me was the Forbidden Caves dark ride which had the worst 3D I've ever seen on a ride and was super blurry. Anyways looking forward to seeing more of your pictures and reliving the trip through the TRs.

If you want to know, Clicky
Very interesting! I was wondering how that ride had such high capacity when each pod only fits six people. I remember going down an elevator after one of my five rides so I must have gotten one of the ADA pods.

I hope SeaWorld and Busch Gardens get their act together on this issue, I expect better from them. I hope Universal has been doing a better job enforcing masks and social distancing.
