  1. RCPro has posted an update, topped lift and beginning of drop, www.rollercoasterpro.com
  2. Interesting...I thought it was a joke but this seems to be in the works. It's suppose to replace Backdraft at USH...
  3. Yeah, I think there is one more support for the topping off...
  4. Orlando Rocks has an update. Station track is in place...
  5. Florida Thrills posted an update here. On page two there is a photo of the beginning of the lift. Those anti-rollbacks are with wheel launchers, I wonder why...
  6. So this Happy Valley trend in China is like Six Flags in America?
  7. We'll probably see this from now on with B&M's...
  8. The magnetic brakes along with the downward sloping brake run reduces the need for friction brakes and wheel launchers which in turn saves energy...!Nerd Quote of the Day!
  9. I just noticed that...only a thousand more pieces to go...
  10. It was a pretty good show, nice footage. It annoys me though when people boast about rides with false information...TTD, the first 400', 100mph coaster...but I guess whatever sells...Fahrenheit looks nice, that was the first time Ive seen it in action...
  11. I do like the coaster and dont really have anything against it. Its a beast really. I wish we had a big time parks with big time coasters down here. I have only been on three hypers(Magnum, Titan, GoliathSFOG), I hope I can make it back up to Ohio one day soon, alot has changed since I was last up there. I was making an observation and stating an opinion. I dont think everyone is bitching more than they are just stating their opinions.
  12. You're right about it being up to the parks. B&M would be given a site, path, and budget of a coaster by the park and B&M would then begin designing. I like the ride alot, its like Goliath(SFOG) squared. The thing I see thats kinda off is how it flows in front the Crypt's entrance and obstructs it. It being such a boring day since the announcement, what do you all think of this alteration? After the MCBR, it drops to a slight turn to the right to a bunny hill then rise up into a downward helix, then into two bunny hills, the second bunny hill going over the path into the splashdown...I need a life huh? Just messing around...
  13. So since KI's 2009 coaster is not a dive machine, any ideas on where that dive coaster track at the fabrication plant is going?
  14. Well Megazeph is not of the typical wooden coaster construction. All of the supports are made of steel. The tracking aspect of the coaster however would need to be replaced where ever it was submerged because that is made of wood.
  15. There is supposedly some active currently going on in the park as far as clean up goes. Maybe SSAI?...Maybe the city?...I guess time will tell...
