Today, I have a mega six flags update!!! First up are a bunch of old six flags booklets from several different six flags parks. There are booklets from six flags darien lake in 1999, six flags over georgia in 1994, six flags hurricane harbor in 1997 plus the hurricane harbor annoucement for it's opening year, six flags magic mountain in 2000, six flags astroworld in 1996, and six flags great adventure from 2004. Then I have added some six flags pin sets that I have had. These are limited edition pin sets, and only 2500 were ever made. Comming up soon I will have the mean streak s.o.p, and the demon drop press relese. Remember six flags darien lake? Back of booklet. Six flags over Georgia. 1994 Hours of operation. Six flags hurricane harbor at magic mountain. Not sure of what year the park opend, but I believe it was 1996? All kinds of cool looking slides. Hurricane harbor annoucement. Six flags magic mountain 2000. Back side. New for 2000....goliath. Everytime I look at this, I get depressed. Back of booklet. I never made it to this park, and I am still bummed about it. Inside. The new loony tunes kids area. Six flags great adventure 2004. This was the first time I went to this park. This park has really changed over the years. This is the first of 2 six flags pin sets that I have. Limited edition set. This is the other set.

When we stayed in anaheim last year, and used a bus company calld greyline(or maybe it's greayline). They took us to and from our hotel near Disneyland from LAX, and they also transport to knotts. If they still have the same phone number, it is...1-714-978-8855. The prices were not to bad. -
Today I have an amusement park magazine from sept 1985. I don't know where I got this, and I have never heard of this before. Any input on this would be great. The magazine is in near mint condition and has several old pictures in it. There is also a great old advertisement for the mack bobsled on the backside. One weird thing that I see, is that the cover picture is of the ultra twister coaster at six flags great adventure. I never knew they had an ultra twister, I had always thought it was at astroworld. The cover with ultra twister from great adventure. The inside cover. A brief history of Disneyland. Some old Disneyland construction pictures. Some more Disneyland history. Sorry about some of the words being cut off. I did not want to bend it too much. Some history on the west edmmonton mall including info on the new for 85 astro base alpha ride. A few pictures. The first picture is of the coaster at the mall, before it was at the mall. The next picture is of a sub ride that goes/went thrue the mall. Is the sub ride still there? There was no info on what park these next pictures were from, but it looks like it may be cedar point. Now I see the cedar point above the first picture. Never noticed it untill I scanned it. Here is an ad/ blueprint for sellners "astro base command" ride. Here is some short storys about the "new" minnisota mall, and busch gardens. Here it is continued. Again, sorry about the fold....did not want to damage the magazine. Here is a picture of "Le Scoot" at bgw. Classifieds and some history. History cont.... On the back cover, is an old mack bobsled ad.

I hope the finally add a path to connect the front of the park with the back of the park.

I feel like crap today, so it's going to be a short update today. This is the 1994 six flags accommodations guide showing off the new for 1994 space shuttle America and 2 ticket price list's from 1994 and 1999. What a difference it ticket prices in just 5 years. There is a $8 difference in ticket prices, and a $17 difference in season pass prices. Parking was only $7 in 1999. It has doubled in just 10 years. It also look's like they no longer offer the "disabled" prces anymore. 1994 Accommadation guide front Back 1994 ticket prices 1999 prices....what a differance.

Anybody know why this park shut it's doors? -
Today I present one of my favorite items.....The 1982 white water landing press release from cedar point. As you all know, it was removed for the maverick coaster a few years ago. This has all the info about the "worlds longest flume ride", and the crazy low prices of park tickets back in 82. Only $11.95 to get into the park back then. Page 1 Page 2 Page 3 Page 4 Page 5 Page 6

Today I have an old ad from the plain dealer(cleveland newspaper) from june 1925. It was an ad for cleaveland's newest recreation park.....Geauga Lake park. Next up is a page from the behind the lines employee paper at cedarpoint. This is from the employee managment relations dept. It was the july 16'th meeting. It's focus was to deal with issues around the park and employee issues. Cleaveland plain dealer ad from 1925 Employee managment relations meeting at cedarpoint(july 2002) front. Back of paper.
