I have a time lapse video currently in editing, hoping to get it up later today. I had a little topping off get together with a friend of mine last night so I will post some pix of that too, it doesn't get any better than that. -

Yeah I think how they worded it was "7 drops, one for every championship Dale Earnhardt won." That is correct! -

I got mine on Friday, best stuff I have ever watched. I let my friend Jason borrow it, you know the guy who wore the speedo watching shaftner for you Robb. Anyway hopefully he will return it in one piece, he mentioned something about a guy losing his wallet on the Piraten coaster, lol. I loved the Dog Fart coaster though. -

Some wonderful sunset photos have been posted over at www.carowindsconnection.com Also in response to a recent post by another member forget the name, the coaster will not travel over any asphalt as it will travel along the parking lot to the south gate then make its return back to the north gate entrance. -

looks like a rainy forecast for the next couple of days. I may take a drive up Doswell Rd. on Sunday afternoon and take some pix of the top of the lift hill piece and some shots from outside of the park. -

The webcam has 2 cranes on site now and it looks like they are moving large supports around. Its a very blurry webcam but at least we have something to look at. -

I like the theory that they will construct the pcs on the ground before installing them. I guess we will all have to wait and see how they construct it. I'm excited about the progress so far! -
Great TR report. I visited Freestyle music park back in June and it is definitely on my list of parks to revisit in 2010.

Here are some pix from today on my time at the park for a few hrs. The park was very quiet and hardly anybody there. Davinci Cradle and Corkscrew hill are temporarily closed, I do not know why. Ireland is already decorated in pumpkins and little overhead tents throughout Ireland are to be seen. *Each photo is watermarked "Behind The Thrills" to prevent piracy of photos to other sites, I share my photos with sites and do not wish for them to be pirated to other sites, if you wish to use one of my photos for your site, please contact me. Each photo is property of Behind The Thrills and is for sharing to others on this site in TRs or other threads.* Photos: What are these tents for? Big pumpkin in Ireland Busch Gardens loves this fencing game of theirs queue line is fenced in big sign is gone The entrance is fenced off Waste money to put up anniversary plaques only to take them down a short time later Nobody here today, it is closed, ugh Almost like out of a movie, where is everybody? I miss this ride Empty station house RIP BBW Advertisement for howloscream Graveyard in the area Decorations Some of the howloscream decorations going up by Drachen Fire area

I was at the park today, I have tons of pix but due to technical difficulties with my camera they will not be up till later this evening. As far as the BBW area they have fenced off the entire ride entrance and exit. There is no major dismantling going on from what I saw. The spiel on the train was still playing the 25th ann for the ride, but most park maps except for one outside the main gate have BBW removed from it. Also Howloscream prep has started. Stay tuned later tonight, photos will be up!

I just checked the webcam a few minutes ago....looks like those footers off to the left of the station will probably be for the transfer/storage track. Great pics Brian....any chance of posting them on KDfansite? no I do not post to KDFANSITE, as a matter of fact, I am disgusted at some of the chat going on that site. IF I FIND ANY OF MY PHOTOS ON KDFANSITE I WILL REPORT THE SITE AND I WILL REPORT YOU! -

Intamin assembles differently from B&M. All of the supports will be put in place before we see any track go up.
