Question, I have somewhere to be from like 1pm to 4pm...is it ok if I came in the morning, leave and then come back for nighttime ERT?

Spring break crowds are finally gone during the week. I got to the park at opening today (well almost, I drive through the parking gates at 10:25), went straight to X2 was 3rd load, got back into line for about a 40 minute wait (they were only running 1 train with about 5 1/2 minute loads, so about 300 per hour) I got off X2 at 11:45 so two rides in just over an hour, then went to Tatsu and waited 3 loads, walked onto Deja Vu, walked onto Gold Rusher and walked onto Riddlers. Unfortunately I had to leave then because I had actual stuff to do at home , but the crowds were non-existent, it was the best I have seen so far this year.

Its going to spread and many people will get it just like the flu every year, and at this point I am not letting it worry me even though there are two suspected "clusters" of flu like cases here in Santa Clarita that they are currently testing to confirm as swine flu. Until I have greater reason to be concerned I am still going on my weekly trip to SFMM on Thursday. If things get worse, I'll carry hand sanitizer!

I noticed this yesterday, and I almost said forget it, but decided to print at home anyway. Honestly its a convenience thing and the ticket lines have been bad at least at SFMM, so for me its worth $5 to not have to wait in line for tickets, especially when only one in my group needed the pass. If it was a different time I may be mad, but honestly SF needs the money (they have a huge debt payment due any day now), and if people are willing to pay it, good for them. I was happy to see the park flooded with people yesterday and there were good lines for food, people at the midway etc.

Wow weird for a private party to be can canceled so late. Anyway the lines didn;t seem bad, but then I was there with my short kids so I didn;t get up to the big coasters. We left around 3pm and the parking was only full to about F2 so not too bad for the last day of Spring Break. I wish I could have stayed later!

I asked when I was at the park on Friday and they said it only had to be purchased, so I think if you buy them online you should be fine to activate later because you are buying it as a season pass not a day ticket.

I was at SFMM today and the hours were supposed to be 10:30am to 6PM, but in going through security I heard some guards talking that someone siad they were open till 10. Sure enough around 1pm they announced that the park will be open till 10pm tonight for Teacher Appreciation or something. I this something they do on a regular basis and is it based on attendance or did they really have it planned that way? I assume the employees working till 10 had to know ahead of time, since that's 4 extra hours?

I am 36 my first coaster was Revolution at SFMM. Not exactly sure the year but I was within a hair of the height requirement and I am short so probably 1980 or so.

It seemed to me looking at the six flags site yesterday that you could actually buy the flashpass online and then just go to the park to pick it up. I didn't follow the cart all the way through (because really I was just trying to see what the reduced rate was for Xtreme AP holders). But it did seem to work, you choose the day and it seemed it would allow online purchase to print out at home. On a separate note about Looney Toons characters, my kids have only watched a few of them (not because they are offensive but because I rarely find them on TV). My kids are 3 and 5 and I have no problem with them watching them. The first time they saw Sylvester at SFMM they ran up and hugged him, regardless of not knowing who he was!

I think I am finally going to be able to make this one. I haven;t been to six flags in so long I am looking forward to it!
