  1. Dang, I'm surprised that SeaWorld Orlando's attendance dropped nearly 7% last year. I thought Manta would of paved the way for a big attendance boost...
  2. Ask and you shall receive. Fireball: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFTpmNk4srE Looks like an amazing woodie! So much airtime from the looks of the vid. Dive Machine: Almost exactly like Sheikra, however the ending is slightly different with a faster helix into the brake run.
  3. Am I the only one who is in love with this guy's idea? Of course, it sounds extremely expensive and probably wouldn't materialize until years after Harry Potter land is done. Another idea could be IOA incorporating a fireworks/water show on the lake, similar to Illuminations at EPCOT and World of Color at DCA. To stay on topic, I dunno if IOA rlly needs another roller coaster. If they were to put one in, I think an aquatrax in Toon Lagoon would fit nicely.
  4. Manta is definitely my favorite train. I love the flier trains, the Manta out front, the little mantas in between, and the beautiful artwork on the trains. It's great when the trains themselves add to the theme of a ride.
  5. Yeah, HKDL really did need more "kingdoms" so this isn't bad at all. Maybe its best they start out small and maybe Disney will add more to them as time goes by.
  6. ^ No I haven't been to HDKL, but I do know that it really was lacking the the attraction department. I'm not complaining about the new lands, it's better than them not adding anything at all. I just think adding one new land with 2-4 quality attractions is better than 3 new lands, 2 with one attraction and the 3rd looking like a carnival.
  7. I don't know, these new lands just don't feel right to me. Mystic Point and Grizzly Gulch just seem to have only 1 main attraction, unlike Fronteirland, Adventureland, and Tomorrowland which have several attractions to keep the area alive. They're more like mini lands. And Toystory Land looks like a carnival with theming, kinda like Dinoland at Animal Kingdom. Idk, maybe once they're built, they'll add more to them as time goes on. They sound really cool, they just need more substance.
  8. What's even more sad about that "kid" is that he's apparently 22.
  9. I think he meant the second train and he rode in the back.
  10. ^That's what RCDB says. http://www.rcdb.com/id4224.htm
  11. Really starting to look like Sheikra, except it's 13 feet taller... 4/1/2009 Photo: George Greenway (not me)
  12. Whoops, my bad... lol, can't wait till this is finished...and testing.
  13. From those pics, it looks like it's going to collide with the stairs...
  14. Is it just me or does the lift hill not look so tall from the pictures? I know there's no track yet, but I thought 150+ ft would look taller than that...
  15. Does anyone think/wish/hope that Sea World, in the future, might replace the mcbr with a more exciting element? I doubt they will, but I think that mcbr is a real waste of space, considering that all the other B&M flyers don't have one.
