When we finally got Mr.Freeze opened at SFOT we did Season Pass Holder nights to make up for the delay. The second night of it, I got a guy scratching some stuff on the brand new walls. I called security which took him away, and later found out that his pass was revoked for the rest of the year, and he was banned from the park. This was also very early in the season as well

I have had my fair share of arguments with guest when I worked at SFOT. The worst was on Conquistador, this Dad was very determined to make his 6 yr old ride. As I was checking the lapbars the kid grabs my arm balling his eyes out pleading with me not to make him ride. I quickly unlocked the restraints and let him out. He yelled at me, and I advised him to leave or I was going to call security and walked over to the park phone. He left, and I got a nice applause from everyone else on the boat
