Hey guys.

I remember a couple years back, before I was a legitimate coaster enthusiast, there was a great coaster website called "Themeparksource." It featured very good photos from Disneyland, DCA, and SFMM. I loved the site so much because you could click on a certain land, such as Baja Ridge, and there would basically be a photo tour of that area, including ride photos, stats, and other things.

Anyway, the site went down for some reason, and I could never find it again. I'm wondering if anyone on here remembers the website, and possibly knows where it was moved to. Or if it was just shut down and never brought back up. Any information is appreciated.

Thanks.

Try using the wayback machine :

It gave the folowing reason of closure :

Dear Theme Park Source visitor,

It is with great sadness that I report that Theme Park Source is officially closing it's doors. It was a great run, but the burden of trying to run a high quality web site with a staff of essentially one person has become a little too tough for me. Don't get me wrong, I've loved working on and building this site and it's content, but I no longer have the time to make such frequent trips to the theme parks and spend hours updating the site like I once did. That is also coupled with the burden of constantly trying to generate more traffic to this web site and it has taken too much of a toll on my free time and the rest of my life. This web site was always a labor of love but sadly it's become too much work to be enjoyable anymore. Through these things I have realized that I am just getting too little return for the great amount of time I put into this site. However, I hope that some of you out there have really enjoyed this site and that you enjoyed the virtual theme parks created by the photos we posted here. I had a blast taking them and I hope you had a blast looking through them.

It's also worthwhile to note that I'm not going to erase myself from the internet community and you should be able to see me around the various message boards and theme parks in Southern California. It's also very possible that I may someday return and reopen a theme park web site, but as of right now, I believe it would be best to take some time off to focus on other things. I hope that the time you've spent here was enjoyable, and I hope that maybe this site has enhanced your trips to theme parks in some way.
