Universal and Universal Express

I'm off over to Florida in July and have got two days down for Universal. IOA on the 10th and the Studios on the 14th (done because our book told us Monday and Friday were the quietest for each). Now, I just have a few questions.

 

 

1. At this time of year the parks shut at 10. Now, I was thinking about maybe leaving the Studios at 6 and getting an extra four hours at IOA. Is this wise?

 

2. The Express passes, is there any free ones left? Also, how much would I be looking at spending on the costing one?

 

3. How busy do you think the parks will be? Also, what about Sea World and Busch, how busy do they get?

 

Thanks. Oh, and while I know it's a good idea to stay at an onsite hotel (we did it at Port Aventura last year and the ride access was amazing) my dad's too cheap!

It would be a good idea to go to IOA at night. Many people would have left or are leaving...Also the Hulk looks really cool at night.

There are no free express passes left except if you stay at a resort. I don't know the exact price but I think they're over $10.

The parks should be busy but not that busy...going on a weekday should make the crowds go down. And as for Sea World/Busch I wouldn't know if they would be crowded but I think they would be the same amount of crowds as IOA...
