Grove Land in Wales??????

So I`m planning on going to Oakwod and check Google earth to se how to get there. It shows a place called Grove Land close by.

Checking RCDB (of Course) I find this

Now it looks like it should be a traveling fair but then why would it be on RCDB?

Groveland is a few miles away from oakwood in a place called St. Clears and it is there all the time. they only have the one coaster but it is a credit and if you have time go ride it.
