My Mom, Friend, and I arrived at the park around 2:45pm after checking in at our hotel (Best Western) and eating lunch at a Wendy's. When we arrived, I could easily see that it was "pretty" crowded. We had to go to Guest Relations because I had lost my season pass on S:UF on opening day...and guess what ! they found it!!!!! Well...anyways, after we go into the park, and headed towards B & R: The Chiller. My friend and I headed into the line. We waited about a 1/2 hr and then got a 7th row ride, Great as usual!After that, We headed to Nitro to see the line was in the Turnstiles ( The things that weave back and forth and back and forth...), so we dumped that idea. We headed into B:TR's line....and was I in for a shock...>!!!!!! The line was in the turnstiles too!..longest wait I had ever seen for Batman. We decided to wait...After about 15 minutes ( line moves very very fast) we were in the 3rd row awaiting departure. Very Intense!.....Great Ride.....

 

After that we headed to Medusa. (The Line was in the turnstiles)......again. Well, My friend and I waited about 15 mintues and then got on the 2nd to last row ...smoother than I remember!...AMAZING RIDE! After that, I begged my mom to let me use the coupon for an exit pass that came with the season pass to go on Kingda Ka. Well, I had to beg her! since I didn't want to wait because my friend chickend out. Anywanys, We saw the Spirit of the Tiger Show 1st...pretty great show!....after the show i finally got to the beast! I got on the 3rd row." the lower rows aren't any fun since ure below the wind level , and im only 5ft tall) Well anyways, ad "ok" ride since i didn't get any wind in my face, but it was still fun. Right after I got off, I headed down to Nitro. Barely a wait, (Bottom on the stairs). I couldnt believe this ride! NO AIRTIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..lol ....! was really mad! . I wanted to check the line for The Chiller so we went. WALK ON eighth row! Awesome ride again!

 

After a light snack, I headed to Superman with my friend, and we got the front row. The people next to us were really funny, when we went into the brakes and were sitting there, they kept going to my friend, " you broke it!"..lol and then we got off and i wanted to head on Kingda Ka again. It was about 7:30pm. I waited and got into the station at about 7:50pm. I was waiting for the front row when the operator said there is an empty seat and we arent leaving till' its filled. knowing me i just wanted to get on so i raised my hang, got into the seat and everybody started chearing "go little man!"..i was so embaressed, but i got my own cheer leading team i guess..lol ..after a night-time ride i got off and headed to our hotel with my Mom and Friend.

 

Notes for 4/19

- Medusa was running 2 trains

- Kingda Ka did not break down once!!!!!!! (from what i saw) heard the horn go off about every mintue or so

- Only Teal & Green trains funning on Ka, Orange Train is sitting on the other side of the station

- Spin miester & Flying wave are coming together "very" slowly

I woke up at about 7:30am. I jumped in the shower to wash my hair since i had jell in it from the day before. I had the complimentary breakfast ( bagel/coffee/juice ), and then I was on my way! I got to the park at around 9:20am. Me , My red haired friend, and my Mom were now sitting right behind the Ribbon. There were many actors at the park today, interacting with the guests all the time...( there was this kid that didnt want his hair touched so....the guy kept going can i touch your hair, and then all the actors were asking him) It was pretty funny...well anyways they also sang happy birthday to this girl.

 

The rope dropped and we all "sprinted" to Kingda Ka. I was about the 30th person in line..(ughh my friend runs so slow!...lol) We got there, and got on the 2nd ride of the day in the 2nd train ( 2nd group of trains, so teqnically i was the 4th train to launch..but you get the point) in the 4th car back row. Well anyways, AMAZING!!!!!...I never realized how much better it is to sit in a higher seat.

 

After we got off, My friend bought his pic. of his 1st ride on Kingda Ka. Then, He told me he had fallen when he was running and that was what slowed him down. Soooo....,we went to first aid to get a bandaid

for his hand and knee. OMFG this lady got me pissed....the nurse asked how did he get the cut and my mom explained how they ran..ok so she said " Well here's a tip son, the roller coasters are still gonna be there, there not goin' anywhere." So, I said "yeah, but to bad they will have a 2hr line, (which it did right after we got off)

 

After that catasrophe, I headed down to Nitro, Walk-on 2nd to last row! A little airtime, but not as much as usual...still dissapointed, I headed down to Batman, walk-on again! 2nd row, amazing g-forces...It felt like my face was gonna fall off! We came off and immedialty thaught to go to B&R:TC..which we did! 2 ride wait for 4th row..Still amazing! More Hang-time On 0-G roll than yesterday!

 

Well, as many of us know, our parents can be scared of rides.....my mom was scared on the sky ride on the way to Medusa!... And I had faith in her..hahah well We headed down to Medusa ande got a walk-on 5th row ride...Great & smooth! After that, I checked the line for KK....even though it was broken adn found out it was 2 hrs long!..NO WAY!!!!!......after that we just headed out and stopped and every retsop on the highway, because I was so hungry, but didn't eat alot so I was always "hungry"

 

 

 

Notes for 4/20

- Medusa was still running 2 trains

- Freefall got stuck at the top with riders

- A couple of two got stuck on Dare Devils Dive about halfway up

- GASM got stuck on the breakrun

- Today & yesterday Space Shuttle was running!

- also open both days was Houdini!
