Quick Disney Tickets option

I need to purchase tickets to Disney and only need 2 days - however, I will not be visiting the parks on consecutive days so do I need to tack on the no expiration option or will I be fine without it?

I'm 99% sure you're fine. I'm pretty sure that when you buy a multi-day regular hopper it is good for 14 days from when you first use it.
