Vacation Help.

Well, I'm planning a family vacation on April 20th through the 28th of 2007 but I'm definitely wanting to get advice before then. Just want to make sure I have everything planned right.

 

We're a group of 4 adults and 3 kids (my sister and her boyfriend are coming along to help with kids). We've already got the expenses taken care of.

 

We'll be flying to Orlando and staying at the Marriott's Grande Vista and will spend 2 days at Universal Orlando, 2 days at Islands of Adventure, 1 day at Wet and Wild and 2 days at Magic Kingdom.

 

My question is this: How do you think I should plan out each day? What rides should I attempt to ride throughout the day. Will it be busy around that time?

It will be the tail end of Spring Break around that time, so it have have some crowds. I do not think it will be a busy then as it will be in the summer. I might suggest that you may want to spend at least 3 days at Walt Disney World. You really only need one day at IOA, as well as one day at Universal Orlando. You really need one full day for Epcot, one full day for The Magic Kingdom, you can do Animal Kingdom in a half of a day (unless you are into shows.) MGM, if you want to see everything, you will want to spend a full day as well.

 

For Attractions I think these are a must do..though there are plenty of other great attractions as well:

 

IOA (Hulk, Dueling Dragons (be sure to ride both Fire and Ice), Spiderman, Jurassic Park, Bulto's Barge, Ripsaw Falls, Cat N the Hat)

 

USO (Revenge of the Mummy, Men in Black, Shrek 4-D, Jimmy Neutron, Jaws, T2-3D, Back to the Future)

 

Magic Kingdom (Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Carribean, Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise, Tomorrowland Transit Authority (Peoplemover))

 

Epcot (Test Track, Mission Space, Soarin, Spaceship Earth)

 

MGM (Tower of Terror (do not miss this one), Rock n Rollercoaster, Fantasmic, Indiana Jones Stunt Show, Lights, Motor, Action)

 

Animal Kingdom (Expedition Everest, Safari Ride, Kali River Rapids, Dinosaur!)
