Your journey through Summit Canyon begins at Basecamp, the perfect place to settle in and prepare for adventure.

Here, you can set up camp poolside or in a private cabin while young adventurers explore Critter Cove.

This playful pool ranges from 0” to 24” deep, inviting toddlers and children of all ages to delight in spray-play features, tipping surprises, and five pint-sized slides surrounded by the curious critters of the Rocky Mountains.

When you’re ready for more adventure, follow the trail to climb further up Summit Canyon. There, new challenges and well-earned rewards await. Stay tuned for what comes next…

Congratulations, you’ve made it halfway through Summit Canyon! At this mid-mountain post, the choice is yours: action or relaxation.

Adventurers can test their skills at Creekside Crossing, navigating their way through rope vines, floating logs, and lily pads in a splashtastic obstacle course. Nearby, the Puddle Dunker offers another fun challenge with three in-water basketball hoops.

Ready to recharge instead? Enjoy a mountain mocktail or a summer spirit from the comfort of your lounge chair or soak in the tranquil waters and natural scenery of Emerald Lake, the perfect place to unwind.

You’ve arrived at last – welcome to the top of Summit Canyon! Now, it’s time to climb the Lookout Tower – the tallest point in Water World – to reach the launchpad of four adrenaline-soaked waterslides.

Begin your descent with Runoff Rapids. Towering walls and near-zero gravity make this tube ride feel like you’re rushing down one of Colorado’s mighty rivers.

Next up is Marmot Mayhem, a two-person tube ride that is the only one of its kind in Colorado. You’ll scamper through spinning turns, twisting tunnels, and two enclosed helixes celebrating marmots’ mischievous spirit.

Brave adventurers can also take on the Columbine Cascade. Inspired by Colorado’s state flower, this body slide is no walk in the meadow – bold turns and high speeds make this a heart-racing ride you won’t want to miss.

And for the truly fearless, there’s Aspen Falls. This pulse-pounding body slide features Denver’s only drop-capsule, sending riders plummeting down like a mountain waterfall.

Whether you’re drawn to the high speeds of Summit Canyon’s highest point or the calmer shores of its lower pools, Summit Canyon promises an unforgettable adventure. And we’re just getting started – stay tuned for details on the Canyon’s new food and beverage options, cabanas, shelters, special events, and more.
