TOGO K'nex Coaster Model Recreation

I went to Japan with TPR last October. I was inspired to build a recreation while wandering around Himeji Central Park. I'll post an actual construction update tomorrow, but you can see what the real thing looks like in this video - plus the moment when the idea for this popped into my head!

 

Also, I never realized how TOGO track is probably the most similar thing to the K'nex coaster track in the real world.

Construction is progressing. The structure is pretty hard to get right, but I'm still building much more quickly than usual.

On to the loop! Hopefully this will be the last update before I move the whole thing outside. Also, tube supports are REALLY HARD to build!

Small update today - moving the coaster to it's "permanent" location.

Completed the track for the two corkscrews (still need to finish up the weird supports though). Getting really close to completion!

The support structure for this coaster is very interesting. I love the way you supported the loops. Looking good! Keep up the great work!
