What is Robbs current top 10?

Hi Robb,

Where can I find your most current top 10 coaster list.

Based on the fact that you have been to probably every park in the world and on almost every ride I would love to know what your top 10 or 20 list includes!

I don't really have a "top 10" because it's impossible to put just 10 coasters on a list when you've been on nearly 800! That's like saying you have a "favorite child" you just can't do it!

 

The easiest way to list my top coasters is to look at my ballots from Mitch Hawker's poll from last year. I'm not sure if anything I rode that was "new to me" this year would make it on my "A" or "1" list. Hades, Powder Keg, Katun, and Shakira *maybe*, but I'd have to think about those. If not "A" or #1 rides, they are certainly a SOLID B+ or #2, hmm...OH! Balder is certainly a #1, let me think....yeah, I think that's the only one not on last year's ballots that would be in my #1 ranking.

Wow 800 coasters? INSANE!

I just opened up that file but I have no idea how I am supposed to read the chart, there does not seem to be any instructions on how to decode the results.

^ It's very simple. Search for my name. There should be my list of coasters. If it has a #1 at the end, it's one of my top favorites, if it has a #5 at the end, it's one of my least favorites.

Just a quick question: Does CAscreaming really get a 1 while Mforce gets a 2?

I am a little sad that you rate X a 5 oh well, you are the coaster guru so I cannot get too mad

^ Everyone has different opinions.

 

And I also rank coasters not side to side, but in catagories. Meaning that California Screamin' gets a 1 because it really is the BEST of it's category, if you consider that, for the most part, it is a family coaster. Where as MF gets a 2 because it's not the best Hyper I've been on.

 

I really am not a fan of X at all. Even though I've had 1 good ride on it recently, most of the time it beats the crap out of me. And for a ride to have gone to hell THAT fast, I have no choice but to rank it a 5.

I respect your opinon Robb but I would have to say for someone who has visited almost every park in the world and has a coaster count of over 800, you are as close to a Coaster Guru as anyone could ever be (in my book at least!)
