filipv
Timeless and iconic with all-age appeal... enthusiasm for the irrepressible Mickey never seems to wane. At Disneyland Paris, he has always held the top spot in just about everyone’s hearts, with guests of all ages frequently heading home clutching a Mickey-inspired souvenir. It was consequently only natural that the most famous mouse in the history of animation should be celebrated at the place he calls home, with an exclusive merchandising range all set to thrust him more firmly into the spotlight than ever. The first of the collections, already on-sale in the Disneyland Paris stores, features a multitude of products sure to delight anyone keen to snap up a special souvenir of their time at the resort. From soft toys, mugs, keyrings and pin’s to the iconic Disney Parks headband, each and every item showcases Mickey Mouse himself, extending an open invitation to “Unlock the fun” and start celebrating 90 years of merriment! A second collection, featuring fashion and lifestyle products from “Disneyland Paris Collection”, is set to be launched at the end of November. The story behind these products focuses on Mickey’s famous relationship with Minnie, with the latter wishing her beloved a Happy Birthday. These fashionably cut pieces in pastel hues flaunt exclusive designs dreamed up by the Disneyland Paris artists and cartoonists. Lastly, in early 2019, a third, more graphic, “urban street-style” collection will be unveiled, sure to win the hearts of our youngest guests keen to be seen sporting their favourite character
KarlaKoaster
He's looking good for his age, although to be fair he's had more facelifts than Cher. It's fascinating how he has transcended the cartoons and how he is embedded into literally everybody's consciousness - I don't think I've ever seen a Mickey Mouse cartoon and I'm pretty sure the majority of kids who queue to get his autograph haven't either, yet he's just about the most famous cartoon character in the world. Thanks for all the photos, some of the merchandise looks very nice!
