NEWS: Premier Rides opens new European Office

Recommended Posts

Premier Rides has sent us a few press releases regarding their most recent company developments...

Premier Rides announced today the establishment of a new European office located in the UK. The office will serve primarily to support the after sales service for Premier's push into the very promising European market, duplicating Premier's worldwide commitment to its customers for 24/7/365 days a year after market service and supply of parts.

Recent highly successful Premier Rides’ projects like the Revenge of the Mummy™ attraction at the new Universal Studios Singapore and the Sky Rocket launch coaster at Parques Reunidos’ Kennywood Park, combined with the very attractive exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and the Euro, have resulted in a significant increase in Premier’s European workload. The new office demonstrates Premier Rides' ongoing commitment to the European market.

Jim Seay, president of Premier Rides, commented, “We are presently working on a number of exciting projects in Europe and wanted to ensure our clients have excellent access to our technical team and support on all levels. Premier maintains a very close relationship with our valued customers. Premier Rides is known for its 24/7/365 approach to supporting our clients through our Premier Rapid Response Network™. The opening of our new office will confirm that effort.”

Premier Rides continued its tradition of focusing on those less fortunate during the holiday season by hosting two events that supported multiple foundations.

Over 500 people gathered at the prestigious Havana Club in Baltimore, Maryland on December 4th to benefit two foundations, actress Sonja Sohn’s reWIRED for Change and the United States Marines Toys for Tots. Guests included friends of Jim Seay, owner and president of Premier Rides, Sonja Sohn from the HBO series, The Wire, and former Super Bowl champions from the Baltimore Ravens including, Brad Jackson, Jonathon Ogden, and Michael McCrary. Volunteers collected thousands of dollars in donations and over 400 toys which have been donated to the Toys for Tots Organization. Proceeds from this event were collected to benefit reWIRED for Change. The event was sponsored by Premier Rides, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Churchville Kitchens, Turner Development, Out-at-Night Magazine, and Glenwood Jackson Photography.

On December 21st, Jim Seay co-hosted with radio host/singer Tom Moore a celebration to support Mario’s Do Right Foundation, led by Grammy nominated singer Mario. The setting was the penthouse of the new waterfront Legg Mason building. Guests got the opportunity to meet success stories from Mario’s foundation. Mario also serenaded the crowd of several hundred people and showed off his dance moves made famous on Season six of Dancing with the Stars. Donations were collected to ensure the program’s success in 2011.

Seay commented, “In these challenging times and especially during the holiday season, it is more important than ever we reach out to help those less fortunate. I am extremely grateful for all the staff and friends who contributed countless hours to ensure the success of both events.”
