Gmaster562 Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 (edited) Over time, KBF has been looking for a new roller coaster that will thrill guests for ever! They have saved up there allowances and broken all they're piggy Banks and can now afford that kind of ride. They made the space for a HUGE coaster. KnottsBerryFarm is looking for an intamin Giga Coaster in the BoardWalk section of the park. The ride needs to be a PUNCH! A tall, intense one. Do you think you could design one for us? Rules: No inversions ANY HEIGHT! (so long as it's HUGE) at least 4 turns that are low to the ground. at least 2 over banked curves. at least 4 Airtime hills. If you wanted to you could add a Launch section in the middle of the ride! G's must stay below 5.0 Your challenge? make the top speed between 100-130. Making this the tallest and fastest coaster ever. The ride must stay at the speed of the final drop for at least 10 seconds. No trims allowed, no brake runs, except for the final one. Good Luck Starting 11/22/10 --- ending 11/26/10 Edited November 16, 2010 by Gmaster562
Thelegendarymatthew Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 Isn't Knotts rather small in terms of area? Also, when doing a contest, advice is to make the introduction post to be longer than what you have. Normmally posts with a short amount of information that is given don't last too long. Its also alright to challange your players. In every contest that I've been in, all of them had some kind of challange in it. Even if it was something of an easy challange. The challange in this contest seems to be compitition, and nothing more than that, which every contest has.
Thelegendarymatthew Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 You know how hard it is to go at the speed without using a launch, and do you know how much support work that would be? There isnt a lot of time...
Gmaster562 Posted November 16, 2010 Author Posted November 16, 2010 alright i'm holding my white flag up...
