Going to Kemah on the 18th

My family and I are going to Kemah Boardwalk this Thursday, we will be getting all day ride passes, but in order to make them worth it, we have to ride more than $20 worth of rides. For myself, the biggest thing to keep this from happening would be standing in line for Boardwalk Bullet (quite possibly multiple times), so I need to know, what are typical wait times during spring break? We will be arriving at the Boardwalk at about 4-4:30PM and staying until closing, if that makes any difference.
