Roller Coaster Switch Back

Hello everyone, can anyone tell me what a switch back on a roller coaster is please? Thanks.

Generally, a switch back refers to a queue line that goes back and forth several times.

On a rollercoaster isn't it a bit of track which reverses the cars direction. So to make the train go backwards and then another one later on to turn the train around again and make it go forwards.
