mpclinton22 Posted September 5, 2009 Posted September 5, 2009 I'm going to Six Flags New England tomorrow and was really hoping to go on Bizarro, but am pretty close to the max height, at least with sneakers on. I know I can fit in the seat as I was there earlier in the year and tried out the test seat (none of my friends at the time wanted to ride), but never actually got on. I was just wondering how strict they are about the maximum height. Thanks!
medic738 Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 My son and I were there in August. Thankfully I'm short enough not to worry! From what I saw, the only time an issue arose was when someone couldn't secure the restraints properly. After the ride ops tried to assist, I did see people removed from the ride if they still could not secure. IMHO though, it appeared that most issues arose from excess "girth" rather than excess height. I did see an attendent posted at the entrance - maybe he or she ID'ed tall riders before they even made it to the que. Hope you get to ride - we LOVED it!
robbalvey Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I am not sure with how strict they enforce it, but with any park rule, if you are over the height limit then you should be prepared not to ride if they say you are too tall. --Robb
jbarner14 Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 I know when I went there in June the lady stopped me to measure my height. (I'm about 6-2 or maybe a little taller with shoes on.) I was pretty scared that I might not have been able to get on.
