I'm going to Wild Adventures

Just like PKI ManJZ instead of going to SFOG, I'm going to Wild Adventures in July. So here are questions that I need answers to:

 

What is the best coaster and worst coaster in the park in your opinion? (big coasters).

 

Is Hangman and Cheetah really that bumpy?

 

What is the best day and times to go?

 

What is the city of Valdosta like?

 

Is it worth a seven hour drive?

 

What would you mostly recommend doing there for a day?

What is the best coaster and worst coaster in the park in your opinion? (big coasters).

-Honestly, I think the best ride in the park is the mini S&S tower.

 

Are Hangman and Cheetah really that bumpy?

-Portions of Cheetah were re-tracked during the off season, and those parts are fun. Other than that, bring Advil.

 

What is the best day and times to go?

-Anytime, as long as the park isn't having a concert that day. There are never really any lines.

 

What is the city of Valdosta like?

-Like a dump on the side of the interstate.

 

Is it worth a seven hour drive?

-No.

 

What would you mostly recommend doing there for a day?

-Some of the flats are fun, but it is really hard to spend an entire day there.

Wild Adventure is just a pit stop on the way to SFOG, nothing more.

 

 

...Go to SFOG instead.

It's not worth a seven hour drive, but it's a nice credit stop on the way to/from Central Florida

 

Honestly, when I went in 2006, the best coaster was probably the Boomerang or the Roller Skater (Cheetah was closed).

 

As for the best attractions, consider the Double Shot and the Tiger Show. I would say the Swings too, but I believe they removed them.

The Tiger show is simply insane. Do not miss that.
