"Official" threads can only come from the mods or admins or sometimes we will turn someones thread into the "Official" one. Secondly, usually when one of these threads is made up, it starts with a very extensive report or REASON for that thread to be made. A thread has to warrant being the "Official Park thread", not just a couple of sentences saying "post your random thoughts here..." This is just completely pointless.
