RCT Loopy Landscapes incompatible

I searched and didn't see a forum for this topic, sorry if its been repeated.

 

Basically I'm playing RCT and want to add Loopy Landscapes (I'm way behind on my computer games). I have Windows XP and when I try to load the game it says my computer is incompatible. I was wondering if this has happened with everyone or just me, because for some reason I remember having a patch or something I could load so loopy landscapes would work. I haven't been able to find one so I thought this would be the best place to ask.
