Is Tower of Terror open in Disney Paris ?

Does anyone know if the Tower Of Terror at Disneyland Paris is open to the public.

I saw some reviews of the ride but maybe it's not open yet.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Great News

 

I never been in a drop tower in my life and I am really excited about it not to mention extremly nervous and afraid.

 

Now its 90% I will fly next week. Tomorrow I will know for sure.
