EuroTre Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 I know that I haven't lived up to some of the parks I have tried recently, but I will try harder this time. When Jeramiah Young purchased a plot of land just outside Janesville Wisconsin, he expected his dream park to become one of the greatest parks in the world. However, when he arrived at his plot of land to start blueprinting, he found out that the realtor had left out that half of the land that he had bought was a former quarry. Nonetheless, Young's park did end up doing very well. Signature rides like the Super Dips, the Tornado, and the Zephyr brought in large sums of people every day from 1949 until the park became too hard to take care of and closed in 1967. expect an update sooner or later
Pufferfish Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 So, is this a now-a-days reopening of the park, or is it supposed to be a description of what occurred during it's years of operation?
EuroTre Posted November 17, 2007 Author Posted November 17, 2007 So far, the plan is explain the history of the park, not to reopen it.
