Roller coaster help RCT3

I have RCT3 and I am trying to bulid the Superman escape ride Australia. I dont know how to get the ride to run at a slow pace the stop and then shoot out over the first hill. I need help.

Just have it start at a slow speed, then make some block brakes set to your launch speed and there you go!

Start around 10 or 15 then progress by fives to make a realistitc launch.
