Issue with uploading video

With the software I have at home. I can make a file in the following formats. .avi .mpeg1 and .mpeg2 When I was at home and work I tried uploading a video in windows media format (768 something in avid, also tried 128) and got a error of IE error. I have tried to upload lately, just been going to youtube, but I want to get them on this site. Please help.

 

BTW, the software is the same kind that came with the JVC Everio Camera I have.

What I reccomend is to output your file as a .avi then open up Windows Movie Maker and import that .avi there and export it to a .wmv file.

 

I use the "video for broadband - 512" option.

 

Then upload that .wmv file here!
