Alice 105.9 Phillip Calls

I was listing to probly one of the best radio station in Colorado, Alice 105.9. Every week or so they do a 'Phillip' call. They call to prank people, Phillip is complely made up, he is just a voice. So like when they call Home Depot(BEST ONE!) he isn't really there.
