Canada's Wonderland on Long Weekend?

Hi there,

 

I just have a quick question I hope someone would be able to help me with.

 

I would like to go to Canada's Wonderland this weekend for some waterpark action (I'm dying to go swimming) and this weekend is the first weekend Canada's Wonderland has Splash Works open.

 

My problem is that this weekend is also the long Victoria Day weekend and I am considerably worried about the crowds. I would be going on the Sunday.

 

Generally I avoid potential high attendance days but I am REALLY itching for some swimming.

 

Does anyone know what the crowds may be like on Sunday? Has anyone else went on the Victoria Day weekend before? Keep in mind I wouldn't be going on any of the normal rides just playing in Splash Works so really I'd just like to know how busy that would be.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm thinking that Splash Works will be pretty quiet, given the weather forecast.

 

Sunday will likely be the busiest day in the park, since that is the only day there are fireworks.

Is Wild Water Kingdom open yet?

 

If so you could go there for some water park action. And you'd skip the crazy crowds at CW.

 

Personally I wouldn't go to CW Victoria Day weekend. Though mostly because I'm always in Cedar Point.
