Here is the artical: Poisoned Glutens

 

It has only been confirmed to be in pork, but a recent finding is kind of scary, the poison is not exclusive to wheat gluten, rice gluten also has been found to have the chemical in it. The FDA is also going to start testing all imported vegetable glutens. Which includes stuff that is used in peanut butter and infant formula.

 

All I'd like to know now is if anyone can recommend a good gluten free cookbook?
