New Western Ranch Theme Park in WI

I recently read an article in the paper (classified section; add under- Business and Franchise) saying

Invest w/in Wisconsin: Limited Partnership. New Western Ranch Theme Park. 42 partnership shares for sale. $12,500 each. Exc. return on investment, secured by 2.4mill. in realestate and 2.5mill. business value.

 

 

 

I was wondering if anybody knows any information about this park. I've done searching all over the place and can't find anything. I understand that this is advertising for investors, but since this came up in the paper that means they're building a new theme park (or going to be) in Wisconsin, right? Well, if it is, it would be pretty cool if it was actually a decent sized theme park. We need some of those besides the dells. So, do you know anything?
