What was Robb doing in Tommy Faircloth's video?

I was watching the Disneyland segment in Tommy's video and there was Robb and Elissa on the other side of the camera. Robb was doing weird things with his crouch. I know it's all tissues in there, but what the heck was going on?

I wasn't there, but knowing Robb and knowing Tommy, my guess is he was trying to put his package on people.
