From my understanding, the border of the park would be made smaller to cut off the nick building from the rest fo the park, much like how many of the soundstages already are.

 

BTW, here are some pics that I took from last weekend showing that absolutly nothing is going on, but should provied for good before and after pics. Im guessing that if this does happen, construction will start after this year's halloween events are over.
