Saturday came, and we drove to Dollywood Park, where my son boarded the Thuinderhead Wooden Coaster. It was his first time on a coaster, and he was so excited. AS we topped the drop, He started to yell " This is higher than it looks down there". Then a loud scream came from him. He was in the fron car with his daddy, and by the second Turn, he was yelling "Weeeeeeee". He was saying aww at the end, and we ended up taking turns until he had rode it 3 more times, then we made him stop and move on to other rides.

It was a great moment to see him finally get to do what his bigger sisters get to do, and I told him next summer, we would take him to other parks ( My neice works at Kings Island), and I have a friend who workds at Universal... .So he will have chances to follow his mommy, the adrinline Junkie, and ride till ya cant stand up straight...lol.

This pic I took on his 4th time around. He is in front again, with his daddy.

That's awesome!

My first ride was comet. Back then I had no idea what a roller coaster was. I kept a straight face for the whole ride, yet I can't remember if I liked it or not. Hopefully he'll ride the huge ones early on... unlike me. Don't let him waste fun days at the park being afraid of the bigger rides.
