Of course, Location, Location, Location. Speaking of Houston, one of the bad things about living here (besides no amusement parks anymore) is precisely that the cost of living is so cheap. It forms a trap, because moving anywhere else and maintaining the same living standards can be prohibitively expensive. I also want to add that asking about the house of someone on the internet you've likely never met before leans a bit too close to 'invasion of privacy' for my own tastes. Maybe it's because I live in a van down by the river, though. Matt
