WFChris Posted June 24, 2006 Posted June 24, 2006 I dont see the article anywhere online yet, but if you check out the LA times California section, its on the cover. They basically talk about how they are tired of dealing with the teenagers that make the park shady, and how while it IS a profitable property, there could be "easier" money in housing and commercial developments. I dont think it will happen but I just wanted to let you all know about the article. This seems like a step backwards, since they just took a bunch of steps to make it more family friendly. I think they should do away with season passes...or make them expensive. I think the main 'loitering' issues are with Valencian children whos parents would rather have SFMM security babysit instead of actually parenting. Just a thought. By the way, this is my first post but I have been reading the forums for EVER. Im glad I finally got around to doing this:)
