After doing some research today it appears that Six Flags has 15 rides that will be removed this offseason and Superman is one of those rides. Also it has not been confirmed but not included in those 15 rides there is several rides that will be moved to other parks. Has anything been said if the rides that was supposed to be added in 2020 if indeed they are still going to place them in 2021? Could we see Catwoman and possibly another ride come in? Just thinking with Tidal Wave gone and now possibly Superman going could they be setting up for something big to come in. We are coming up on 50th anniversary?

Park News - (11/28/20) I can’t verify the truth of this rumor at this time, but according to one source Six Flags St. Louis may be planning to remove their Superman: Tower of Power drop tower ride over the winter months. This is something to keep an eye on if you are local to the area, as the removal of the tower ride should be easy to spot from outside the park over the winter. While Superman: Tower of Power first opened at Six Flags St. Louis in 2006, the ride itself was originally built as Dungeon Drop for Six Flags Astroworld, opening way back in 1997 and running until Astroworld was closed for good in late 2005. Can anyone else confirm that this ride may be on the way out? We know Six Flags was expected to remove a major ride from each of their major theme parks over the winter months as part of a cost savings measure. Screamscape is saying we may lose Superman Tower of Power this winter. Anyone hear anything to this?

With all of the maintenance problems this year could it be possible to get a new ride and a used ride from another park.

Has Six Flags announced the date for their announcements this year?

Yeah we have a time share at Holiday Hills that we will be staying at for the weekend. They usually have some type of deal but force you to go through a 3 or so hour sales pitch. Was looking for other type of deals. I may end up getting season tickets as that seems to be the best deal right now. Thanks for the info

Hi Guys Taking the family down to Branson over Easter and was wondering if there was any type of local discount for Silver Dollar City. I know about the Thursday special along with the after 3 deal. Anything else to look for? Thanks in advance for any info.

Well looks like we have entered into the winter blues while we sit here and dream about opening day. Lets do this. With the Fling being retired and knowing how SFSTL always gets those reclamation projects (Superman, Boomerang, and Xcalibur) what flat ride out there at another Six Flags park would you want to bring to SFSTL and how would theme it? (keep in mind that this ride will be placed where the Fling was and also lets keep these to flats at time).

Back in the day SFSTL had a month dedicated to Country Fair Days... I want to say that it was on weekends from Labor day leading up to Fright Fest. With the seasonal times (Holiday in the Park, Fright Fest, Mardi Gras) Do you think they ever will bring back the Country Fair days.

Wow Wow Wow... Haven't seen this much excitement on this page since the rumor we were getting the Mule-Go-Round. LOL
