They've really toned down the spinning since the reveal.. I don't know how I feel about that. Also, people are saying the bottom floor of the station is empty (which was supposed to be the clock shop), and the second floor is just a wall and some hanging clocks. Can anybody confirm? I feel kinda let down.. EDIT: and that first launch with the slowing down... why? Just why? They should've put in a show building or something to show that you've traveled through time. I'm guessing that was their original plan, but had to cut it due to budget?

SDCfans has given us a few updates on Time Traveler! The trains are currently on a slow boat from Germany.. they might be expecting testing around Christmas time or a little bit earlier! Also.. SDC seems to be teasing something to do with Time Traveler in the next 3 days.. any thoughts? Will add links when I can, currently out of town as I write this.

Went to SDC yesterday, I love it how Time Traveler runs parallel with Thunderation during some sections of it.They were herding us through Wildfire like cattle, though. Powder Keg broke down at around midday, I was glad to at least ride it once. Outlaw run hardly had a wait time when I rode it twice. Now my question is, are they going to expand in the 2019 season? I honestly think they could expand out past Outlaw run, it seems like they could just pave past it and keep building onwards.

Just in case this was skipped... According to Brad Thomas, president of Silver Dollar City Attractions, the indoor queue and load station will showcase the story of Charles Henry, a turn-of-the-century clockmaker and inventor who resides in Silver Dollar City and is captivated by the science fiction tales of Jules Verne. Gears, cogs, and other steampunk flourishes will adorn the building. "The first level tells the story of Mr. Henry's time-keeping creations," says Thomas. "However, the second and third levels start revealing Charles' big dream of creating a contraption capable of time travel." From USA Today's story about the coaster: https://www.usatoday.com/story/travel/experience/america/theme-parks/2017/08/16/silver-dollar-city-time-traveler-coaster/573610001/

Wow! This honestly looks great! I'm loving the idea and theme of this ride. Now.. about theming.. is the station going to be that.. plain? I'd honestly thought it would look like a crazy scientists laboratory with a bunch of gears and springs on the outside of it, but from the video... hopefully it's just a placeholder?
