  1. Saw this on my Instagram feed. Could DC + Looney Tunes come back to Great Escape? Maybe a "Flagging"? Caption: Here's to your superhero Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  2. I thought the stairs up to Bonsai Pipelines were a little crowded would've been nice if they expanded the stairs Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  3. The park was pretty dead yesterday, surprising thinking it was July 4th Fest, Mainly spent the day in Splashwater, The Black Cobra was open, that was surprising, overall nice kinda dead day with fireworks! Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  4. I'm going tomorrow to the park for July 4th Fest, I wanna see how the ride is and if people are going on the ride Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  5. The girl isn't talking ._. sounds suspicious Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  6. Aww, no Five point harness! Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  7. I would strongly recommend Nicky's Pizza if you have the option to eat outside the park. Absolutely massive and delicious slices of pizza. Living my entire life in Agawam, I can confirm that this place is awesome. Go here instead of eating in the park. But I have the dining plan. That's a free lunch, dinner and snack. Probably not eating outside the park, I dunno. I feel like all I've been eating lately is pizza. Lol With the dining pass inside the park I recommend JB's Smoke House and Take Six down near the South End, their air conditioned and have Coke Freestyle Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  8. The Bobsled (if you're lucky enough to go on a day and time where it is open, which is becoming more and more rare). The little and fun Thunder Alley (drivable cars ride) in the entrance/Greezed Lightnin'/Sasquatch area also accepts Go Fast Pass and has a pretty low capacity, so if it's a ride you wish to try out it is worth using your GFP there. Most of the other rides are walk-ons or have relatively little wait on most days according to my experience. It was a voucher, not a go fast pass, my entire family got them, I think k we're doing Raging River because everyone in the family likes it Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  9. I got a front of the line pass to any ride at the park, what ride has the longest wait Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  10. [quote name="larrygator"The Great Escape caters to a completely different audience/community than the typical Six Flags park. That's why: It has never been branded Six Flags They built a very successful Lodge (12 years ago' date=' but never carried that over to other SF parks) They brought back some old themeing after initially removing some it in favor of Six Flags Intellectual Properties[/quote] Like i said, They might bring back the WB Theming because their starting to "Flag" it
  11. I stand corrected. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  12. A very myopic view. There is more charm in the entrance plaza at Great Escape than the totality of Michigan's Adventure. And unlike Michigans Adventure witch is in the middle of nowhere, Great Escape is in a tourist town, the Lodge just helps it even more Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  13. I've seen the park being referred to Six Flags Great Escape in the park yesterday, it looks like a Semi branding, the Raging River has this logo on all their boats and after a ride they would say "Enjoy your day at Six Flags Great Escape!" Is this a potental for WB Characters in the park again?
  14. So like 20 minute waits? Bobsled 45 Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  15. The park is mobbed today Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  16. Maybe, i live in the Albany area and when people want big coasters they drive to New England, it would attract more teenagers and young adults with a thrilling attraction Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
  17. Im going to Great Escape as a school group, Hope its not as bad as SFNE
  18. Its only temporarily closed because it stalled on opening day if I am correct? Yes, it also valleyed again.
  19. Now back to the conversation, do you think Flashback will close? They've already temporally closed it. SFNE Thrill Attractions, Scroll to Flashback
  20. But when i was at the park opening weekend, NP/GP/Non-Enthusiasts, were saying that Flashback was unsafe because it walleyed* on the Cobra Roll. I don't know what their doing *CORRECTION* Valleyed
  21. Not necessarily - I use that term because it's easier than writing out "people who don't go to theme parks very often". I don't feel superior to them, but I know they tend to have a different mindset about theme parks and roller coasters than most of the people in this forum, as you saw in the video you posted of a guy freaking out over Flashback valleying a week or so ago.
  22. What do you think SFNE will do with Flashback? If it keeps valleying the GP wont ride it because its "Not Safe" Take out the coaster and put in some family rides, maybe close Tomahawk and put a Zamperla Giant Discovery?
  23. I hope they re theme the area where the entrance to Batman, Crime Wane & The Joker to Gotham City. Thats what I've heard the GP call it, so why not!
