  1. Black Mamba, just as all the other coasters in Phantasialand (Taron going to be the exception) have practically zero airtime. The only point on any of the coasters I remember is the second drop of Colorado Adventure when you enter the dark part, but then again it only lasts like a second. Black Mamba is all about intensity and positive G-forces (i.e. you're pressed into the seat, basically anti-airtime). If you're up for an intense ride, go for it. I'm pretty sure you can try Colorado as well, it's a really great ride and considered a family coaster, so better give it a go. That being said, this is hardly the right thread for these affairs (Edit: Sorry, of course it's the right thread, I was so used to reading Taron-related stuff in here I was certain this was a Klugheim thread, my bad!). Have fun though, enjoy your stay at the park.
  2. . I`m even more lucky. From my place in Belgium 1 hour drive. Now back ontopic to some amazing construction pictures . 30 minutes! Wohoo! NOW back to ontopic.
  3. I really doubt these screamscape rumors are reliable. We can already get a pretty good idea of what the track will look like from the pieces that are already there, and considering the lack of space there's not that much more to be expected. As of now, there's no hint whatsoever for a panorama curve, a freefall element, a tilt-track element, a darkride part (albeit possibly a very short one right after the station) or even an inversion let alone two - I sure hope there will be one (a Zero G roll would certainly be great) but the rest is somewhat unlikely. Also the trains will probably have two seats in each row instead of the rumored four, as the launch tunnel is quite narrow. I personally think something like this: is more realistic - and to be fair, despite the lack of special elements it already looks fun as hell. (:
  4. And now, a year later, they're getting Europe's fastest multi launch coaster - by Intamin. (:
